Jason Stoneking

Jason Stoneking has been our owner since he founded All Seasons is 2005. He not only has 25 years of experience, he also has an Associate degree from Johnson County Community College (2002) and acquired his Master Mechanical in 2004. He specializes in Commercial Refrigeration and doubles as our salesman.

Victor Wilkerson

Victor Wilkerson is our Maintenance Expert and jack-of-all-trades. He has been with All Seasons for 17 years and received his EPA Universal Certification in 2012 from Johnson County Community College.

Zac Clark

Zac Clark is our next generation of technician. He began working with us in June of 2016 as a student and is now a graduate of Neosho County Community College.

JP Stoneking

JP attended HVAC classes at Johnson County Community College and earned his certificate in 2023.

Julian Meier

Julian is a 2025 graduate of JCCC HVAC school and our Maintenance Club technician.

Gavin Badders

Gavin Badders is one of our plumbers and installers. He finished his plumbing apprenticeship in 2024
